Deposits

A 50% deposit will be taken from your credit card at the time of booking. The balance will be taken from your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival , unless other arrangements have been organised with Ilkley Cottages.
If you are booking via an Online Travel Agent they may collect the whole amount at time of booking.

• Cancellations more than 21 days in advance of your arrival will not incur a penalty. Your deposit will be refunded less the costs /fees incurred to the Ilkley Cottages.
• Cancellations less than 21days will forfeit the 50% deposit.
• Cancellations less than 7 days from arrival will forfeit the full payment.
• Bookings via OTA contact directly for cancellation and refund.

We are very happy to welcome well behaved smaller dogs to our cottages. 10kg limit please.

We do have a few house rules.

• Dogs will need to bring own bedding , food and water bowls.
  Dogs are not to be allowed on beds or couches/chairs.
• There is no fencing around the cottages, so careful supervision of dogs outside is needed especially as we have lots of wallabies and kangaroos in the vicinity.
• We do not charge for visiting dogs so we would be very appreciative if owners could ensure that the cottage is left in a reasonably clean condition with minimal evidence of the dog’s visit.
